In addition, we are growing our portfolio of well-established brands that consumers love, allowing us to diversify and create exciting growth opportunities.
In addition to companies and brands acquired by the Ferrero Group, several acquisitions have been made over the past years by Ferrero affiliated companies* to further expand into categories such as biscuits or fruit snacks, bringing many iconic brands into the global Ferrero product family.
*These Ferrero affiliated companies are not captured in the annual Consolidated Financial Statements of Ferrero International S.A., the parent company of the Ferrero Group. Furthermore, they do not fall under Ferrero Group governance, commitments and practices, even if strongly aligned.

Michel et Augustin
Michel et Augustin markets premium, much-loved products including sweet biscuits, savory biscuits and snacks. These iconic brands are sold mainly in France and in six other markets. The business was founded in the French market in 2004 by Augustin Paluel-Marmont and Michel de Rovira, before being acquired by Danone.
Jelly Belly
Gula-gula Jelly Belly bermula sejak penubuhannya di Illinois pada tahun 1896, dan ia terus dimiliki serta diuruskan oleh generasi keempat, kelima, dan keenam keluarga pembuat gula-gula Rowland.

Sejak penubuhannya pada tahun 1967, Dori telah membina jenama yang kukuh dan dikenali yang dogemari oleh pengguna di seluruh Brazil termasuk Dori, Pettiz, Jubes, Gomets, Deliket, Disqueti, Yogurte 100, dan Bolete.
Perniagaan Biskut Burton's
Burton’s menghasilkan beberapa jenama biskut yang diminati di UK,

Kelsen
Kelsen Group terkenal di seluruh dunia dengan biskut mentega Denmark- terutamanya dengan jenama ikoniknya Kjeldsens and Royal Dansk.
Kelsen bermula pada tahun 1933 sebagai sebuah kedai roti keluarga di Jutland,Denmark. Hari ini, syarikat ini mengedar produk ke lebih daripada 100 negara.
