Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Ferrero Group

Ferrero is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture in which all employees feel welcomed and appreciated and have the same opportunities. We believe all our people are equally talented in their own way. In nurturing the curiosity and natural abilities of our employees, we provide them, generation after generation, the means to succeed personally and professionally, enabling them to craft their journey at Ferrero. The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative, and highly rewarding.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Ferrero North America

At Ferrero North America, we aspire to build teams that are reflective of the communities where we work and live. We are committed to fostering a culture with diversity, equity, and inclusion at its heart, where all our employees feel seen, heard, and can bring their authentic selves to work.

Our strategy

At Ferrero North America, our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy is built on five dimensions that serve as a compass in defining local priorities and aspirations for 2030: Gender, Nationalities, Generations, Working Cultures and Persons with Disabilities. We define each of these dimensions further to capture the diversity of our Area. These key pillars are linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Keeping these dimensions in mind, we have outlined a set of equity commitments to support the strategic plan of the DE&I function.

Our Team

At Ferrero North America, we have a DE&I team that makes action happen. It consists of:

  • A Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager.
  • A DE&I Council made up of employees from different functions, locations, and backgrounds
  • Allyship Groups, also known as Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
  • Senior leaders throughout the company serving as Executive Sponsors to our DE&I Council and Allyship Groups
