INCLUSION & RESPECT AT FERRERO

INclusion & Respect
Inclusion % Respect

At Ferrero, we believe that what makes you unique, makes us great. Our strength lies in the diverse talents, perspectives, and passions of our people. Everyone contributes something irreplaceable. We celebrate these differences as the driving force behind our creativity, our inclusive culture, and our ability to craft products loved across generations.

We are proud to care - both for the people who work with us and for the communities we serve around the world. This deep sense of care fuels everything we do: from how we nurture personal and professional growth, to how we innovate with integrity and responsibility.

Our products are as unique as the people who make them. It’s through the combination of our individual strengths and shared values that we continue to deliver quality, joy, and delight in every bite. By empowering each person to bring their best self to Ferrero, we ensure that everyone can succeed—and that together, we create something truly exceptional.

Michael Lindsey, Chief Business Officer, Ferrero North America.

“Ferrero is operating in an increasingly complex and competitive market. To continue to win, we must leverage the diversity of our teams to bring joy to each and every one of our consumers. Simply put, we cannot fully reach and delight our diverse consumers unless we think and act like they do.”
Michael Lindsey, Chief Business Officer, Ferrero North America.

Our strategy

At Ferrero, our Inclusion & Respect strategy focuses on four focus areas:

Data & Dimensions: we use data to understand the experiences of our colleagues and have a global set of dimensions that creates consistency across the business.

People Processes: we nurture inclusion and respect in our culture, developing competence and capability across the employee life cycle.

Communications & Engagement: we communicate consistently on inclusion and respect and can identify where there are gaps to address in different groups’ engagement.

Business Consistency: we can translate the principles of inclusion and respect into every brand in the Group.

The center reads, “What makes you unique makes us great.” The surrounding circles are labeled “Cultures and Origins,” “Disabilities and Neurodiversity,” “Genders and Sexual Orientations,” and “Ages and Generations.”

Our dimensions

Our global dimensions highlight aspects of individual identity that may be considered as part of our Inclusion & Respect strategy. The dimensions have been designed in order to create global consistency while being inclusive of local needs and realities.
