Data & Dimensions: We use data to understand the experiences of our colleagues and have a global set of dimensions that creates consistency across the business.
People Processes: we nurture inclusion and respect in our culture, developing competence and capability across the employee life cycle.
Communications & Engagement: we communicate consistently on inclusion and respect and can identify where there are gaps to address in different groups’ engagement.
Business Consistency: we can translate the principles of inclusion and respect into every brand in the Group.

Our global dimensions highlight aspects of individual identity that may be considered as part of our Inclusion & Respect strategy.
These dimensions reflect the protected characteristics detailed in the Group Anti-discrimination and Harassment Policy and may be defined differently by location in accordance with local laws and regulations.
The dimensions have been designed in order to create global consistency while being inclusive of local needs and realities.
Our team
At Ferrero, the Inclusion & Respect strategy is driven by our People Experience team. It involves:
- A Global Manager focused on Inclusion & Respect
- Regional Ambassadors that advance, coordinate and lead local efforts.
- Local Councils and allyship groups that give the opportunity to colleagues to engage on a voluntary basis, build awareness and contribute to creating an inclusive work environment
